Born in Malaga, he got his degree in architecture at the Higher Technical School of Architecture of Seville in January 1983.
Since then and for nine years he served as Head of Architecture at the Department of Urban Property in Malaga, freelancing at the same time. This public agency was dedicated to provide technical and legal advice to owners of urban incomes, in majority old buildings with multiple problems, which was a very good training and learning curve in the pathology and resolution field of legal disputes.
During 1997-99 he was appointed as Head of Architecture and Town Planning at Malaga’s Provincial Housing Council with the task of organizing its opening and operation.
The rest of his professional career, from the beginning of the same until today, has been performed freelancing.
